A growing, self-collected database of Brazilian case law
Rather than relying on a third-party jurisprudence provider, Advocatix runs its own continuous collection process across Brazilian courts — state, federal and labor courts alike. The database currently holds 4,599,516 decisions from 46 courts, and grows every day. The goal is to reach 50 million+ records with meaningful national coverage.
This is a separate system from our procedural-movement ML engine (trained on 64M+ real movements, monitoring 26 courts via the official CNJ DataJud and DJEN sources) — jurisprudence collection and movement classification solve different problems, and we keep the two infrastructures, and their numbers, distinct.
We don't publish metrics we can't stand behind — coverage is uneven across courts today, and we say so rather than round up.

Ju — WhatsApp intake agent
Answers leads on WhatsApp 24/7 through Meta's official, approved WhatsApp Business API — not an unofficial integration. Qualifies leads against the firm's own playbook, requests and reads documents (ID, medical reports, benefit statements) and hands off to a human or an e-signature flow, always under attorney supervision.
JusClaude — contextual legal AI
Works with real case context: deadlines, documents, client history and jurisprudence search. Drafts petitions from 23+ templates, analyzes case strategy and cites sources — with a standing disclaimer that a licensed attorney always reviews before filing.
ML engine — movement classification
Trained on 64M+ real procedural movements, monitoring 26 courts through official CNJ channels (DataJud + DJEN). Classifies rulings, notifications, publications and hearings automatically, feeding downstream workflows.

Security and data protection, in practice
Beyond standard infrastructure controls, we built a dedicated defense against a risk specific to AI-powered legal workflows: prompt injection hidden inside documents, petitions or messages. Content is scanned before it becomes AI context — with detection for hidden text and control characters — and high-risk content is quarantined for human review before it reaches the AI's working memory. Every decision is logged for audit.
This is heuristic detection with human review when uncertain — not a formal certification or an absolute guarantee against every possible attack, and we describe it that way rather than overclaim.

Where we are today
Advocatix is a Brazilian legal-tech company in its pre-commercial phase — we are not yet marketing to paying customers at scale. What is real and already operating: the product itself, live integrations with Brazilian courts, the ML movement-classification engine, and the jurisprudence collection infrastructure described above, running continuously right now.
